Worlds 2023 is the culmination of the League of Legends esports season this year. A total of 22 teams began their Worlds journey and now only eight teams are left in the running to be crowned League of Legends World Champion for 2023.

Notably, the Knockout Stage of the tournament includes the quarterfinals, semifinals, and the grand finale. The bracket draw for the Worlds 2023 Knockout Stage quarterfinals took place immediately after the G2 Esports vs BiliBili Gaming series in the Swiss Stage on 29th October. The eight teams found out who they will be going up against with the draw show's conclusion.

The eight qualifiers from Stage 2 (Swiss) will participate in the Knockout Stage of Worlds 2023. Stage 3 features a single-elimination bracket, making things all the more spicy for the teams.

The shocking development from Worlds this year is that all four EMEA [Europe, Middle East & Africa] teams have exited the competition and the sole contender from the west happens to be NRG, from North America. All four Chinese teams have now advanced to the knockout stage.

Meanwhile, with only Dplus Kia (DK) eliminated, South Korea is the second strongest region present at the tournament with three teams.


Worlds Knockout Stage 2023: Scores and Schedule

The Worlds 2023 quarterfinals is scheduled to kick off on 2nd November and for four days, fans will be treated to intense best-of-fives. Following this, there will be a break of six days, after which the semifinals will take place on 11th November and 12th November. The grand final series of Worlds 2023 will take place on 19th November.
