New High Noon Skins for Samira, Viktor, Tahm Kench, Sion & Twitch Revealed
High Noon is a series of alternate future/universe skins in League of Legends which is set in a desert setting. Each champion is a western hero, villain, or creature in this cosmetic line. The first set of High Noon skins for 2022, which was revealed on 26th April, will be released alongside LoL Patch 12.9 on 12th May, a day after the patch’s release.
According to the reveal by Riot, five more champions will be donning the aesthetics of the High Noon universe and they are:
Samira
Sion
Viktor
Twitch
Tahm Kench
Notably, these new High Noon skins were anticipated since High Noon Leona indicated that Riot planned to expand the “western” universe with even more additions. These skins should be expected to go live on the League of Legends servers in the coming weeks, potentially in LoL Patch 12.10 or the next one after that.
Hints from High Noon Leona skin
A video posted by SkinSpotlights collated all of High Noon Leona’s interactions with the other champions in the High Noon universe, who were then un-announced. These interactions included Leona’s first encounter with High Noon Samira, High Noon Twitch, High Noon Tahm Kench, High Noon Viktor, and High Noon Sion.
New High Noon skins are live on the PBE
The new High Noon skins for Samira, Viktor, Twitch, Sion, and Tahm Kench are live for testing and feedback from the community on the League of Legends Public Beta Environment (PBE). Riot has active bug reports and feedback threads running for each skin on the PBE currently.
According to Fandom, the following are the classifications of the new skins:
Samira - Cowgirl with a gunslinger aesthetic like that of Cowgirl Miss Fortune
Sion - High Noon Angel
Viktor - High Noon Devils and Demons
Tahm Kench - Fourth Harbinger in High Noon Universe
Twitch - Fifth Harbinger
The new High Noon skins for Sion and Tahm Kench have the same fire and flame effects radiating like those of the Mordekaiser and Thresh skins. Likewise, Samira’s skin also has the same base auburn color aesthetic, whereas the Viktor and Twitch skins have a tinge of cool, blue hue about them. Apart from that, all the champions can be seen sporting the classic western look with cowboy hats, three-piece suits, and wild west guns and revolvers.
The five new skins in the High Noon skin line do not have an official release date yet. However, because they are already out for testing on the PBE, players can anticipate their release in LoL Patch 12.10 on 25th May.
