League of Legends has 159 champions and Riot Games has an array of cosmetics and themed skins for every one of these champions. Most skins can be purchased from the game client in the Store using Riot Points (RP). Some of the skins are only available for a limited time, with a very select few being unobtainable aside from the time they were first released. Skins come with their own unique models, splash arts, and some special skins also have different particles, voice-overs, and sound effects, and their prices vary accordingly.
League of Legends Skin Sales
A selection of skins is put on sale every Monday at noon Pacific Time (PT). The discount for these League of Legends skin sales can typically range up to a 60% discount on the original price. Additionally, Riot also puts up an Early Sale within the first four or six months of a skin's release that discounts the skin by one price tier.

Debonair Zed
Debonair Zed was released in 2021 with Riot expanding on its classic Debonair skin line. After the discount, it is now available for 1350 RP. A total of seven champions received this new Debonair look. Debonair Zed is a Legendary skin that has unique voice lines, new recall, and dance animations, too. He can also be seen wearing a slick white suit with hints of emerald green on it.
K/DA All Out Evelynn
K/DA All Out Evelynn is a skin that was released to commemorate the new album of K/DA in the League of Legends universe. This skin is all about the glitz and glam and Evelynn wears the same outfit as the one from the music video of MORE. K/DA All Out Evelynn is now available at 1012 RP.

Debonair Leona
Next in line is also a Debonair skin which was released in 2021. Debonair Leona has a classy green and silver color scheme, with metallic hints. She can be seen donning a white and green suit. Debonair Leona is now available at 975 RP after a 27% discount.
Cafe Cuties Bard
Cafe Cuties Bard is the champion’s fourth skin in the game. It was released in November 2021 alongside Cafe Cuties Gwen, Vladimir, Sivir, and more. Notably, Bard’s head is shaped like a teapot with a moustache on this cosmetic. After a 27% discount, Cafe Cuties Bard is available at 975 RP now.

Pulsefire Lucian
Pulsefire Lucian is now on sale for 877 RP after a discount of 35%. The Pulsefire skin line in League of Legends stems from an alternate universe theory where time travel exists. It is a world that hosts Praetorians and Remembracers among others.

Obsidian Dragon Sett
Obsidian Dragon Sett is one of the four skins that Sett has in League of Legends. It is an epic skin that has a new model, new skill particles, recall animation, and unique sounds. This week Obsidian Dragon Sett is available for 742 RP.
Justicar Aatrox
Justicar Aatrox, after a discount of 45%, is available this week for 536 RP. The Justicars theme is a part of the Arclight skin line in League of Legends where the Justicars are the Chiefs. Aatrox is depicted as a hero by the people he fought alongside and rescued from impending defeat.

Battle Academia Lux
The Battle Academia skin line brings forth a series of alternate universe skins in the game and is set in a world where the League of Legends champions go to a school that nurtures and grows the next generation of superheroes. Battle Academia Lux is available for 675 RP.

Blood Moon Sivir
This skin was released in 2019 to be a part of the Blood Moon skin line in League of Legends. It is set in the mythos of Ionia and features champions as Ionian demons or cult worshipers of the Blood Moon. Blood Moon Sivir is available for 607 RP.
Cosmic Enchantress Lulu
Currently, Cosmic Enchantress Lulu is on sale on the League of Legends store for 607 RP. It is an epic skin that was released in 2018. It has new, unique particles, recall animations, and new sound effects.
Demolisher Nunu & Willump
This skin is originally priced at 975 RP but after a discount of 55%, it is now available for 438 RP. Since it is a regular skin, it does not have any unique or new animations or models for the champion. Demolisher Nunu & Willump is part of the Rift Quest Universe in League of Legends.

Guardian of the Sands Skarner
The Guardian of the Sands skin line is also set in an alternate universe in Shurima where all of the champions are ancient tomb guardians and evil spirits of the desert. Guardian of the Sands Skarner is available for 390 RP after a 60% discount.
Dryad Soraka
Dryad Soraka is a regular skin priced at 520 RP. The champion can be seen dressed as a Greek tree nymph and the skin does not have new particles or effects. However, there are moderate model changes for her and a new model for her staff. Dryad Soraka is available at 208 RP, the lowest-priced skin for this week.
