DreamHack Returns to Hyderabad in 2023: Schedule and Dates Announced
First city in India to host consecutive DreamHack festivals.
DreamHack has revealed its complete calendar for 2023 which includes 12 festivals spread across nine major cities and seven countries from around the world. One of the locations locked in is Hyderabad, India with the event set to take place in October next year. Ticket sales for the event are yet to be announced.
If the tournament takes place according to the current schedule, this will be the first time ever that DreamHack would take place in the same Indian city twice, back-to-back.
The DreamHack Hyderabad 2022 which took place in November earlier this year was a huge success, especially its meet and greet session that featured multiple members from S8UL.
DreamHack Hyderabad 2023 confirmed to take place in October
One of the 12 festivals that DreamHack will be hosting next year is scheduled to take place in Hyderabad, as one of the biggest gaming and esports tournament organizer returns to the Indian city for the second time in a row.

Next year will be the first time that the DreamHack festival will be held in San Diego, California, USA and Makuhari, Japan. It will also be historic for India due to it returning to the same city in the country for second year in a row.
Shahin Zarrabi - VP of Strategy & Growth for DreamHack said, "With debut appearances in Japan and in San Diego in the U.S., coupled with returns to cities such as Melbourne, Valencia, Hyderabad and Jönköping, 2023 will be the most global and diverse DreamHack tour to date.”
This year DreamHack Hyderabad had taken place from 4th to 6th November at the Hitex Exhibition Centre, featuring everything from PC to mobile titles, console games, retro games, chess, and a stellar meet and greet session which got a bit too overwhelming due to the massive turnout of fans and followers.
It will be quite the wait to witness the return of this annual esports and gaming festival. Hopefully, it will also host a couple of mainstream esports tournaments with international teams visiting the country to truly take things to the next level.
