Sid revealed that S8UL creators had to cancel all the streamer activities on the last day of the event because they were concerned about the attendees and did not want anyone to get hurt. Sid expresses gratitude towards S8UL fans

Countless fans attended the third day of Dreamhack Hyderabad 2022 to meet their favorite creators during the meet-and-greet session. However, things turned south due to overcrowding, and police had to intervene in the event to disperse the crowd. In his recent livestream, Sid talked about the overwhelming number of people that attended the event. “Day 2 was insane, but Day 3, what was that? We were not able to go anywhere on Day 3. You guys broke the barricade three times! The barricade was made up of steel or metal. There was so much public,” said Sid.

Following this, he apologized to S8UL fans for not being able to complete the meet-and-greet session. He revealed that Tanmay “Sc0utOP” Singh was able to complete the meet-and-greet session, but Naman “MortaL” Mathur and Lokesh “Goldy” Jain could not do it. He said, “We knew a lot of people would come, but we did not know this many. We had bouncers, security, and volunteers, but even they could not control. We apologize for day three because we could not do meet-ups properly,” he said. He added, “Mortal could not meet up with his fans, I think Sc0utOP did, but Goldy also could not do it.”

Following this, Sid said, “We were very concerned that someone might get hurt in the crowd. It is not like we were afraid of the public; we were just worried that someone might get hurt. Out of genuine care for the safety of our fans, we had to cancel most of the streamer activity.”

Even though Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is unavailable in the country, countless S8UL fans attended Dreamhack Hyderabad 2022 to meet S8UL content creators. Sid stated that there is no competition for S8UL’s fanbase and is still relevant with the game being banned. “The number of people was insane! There is no competition for S8UL. The love and support you showed us in Dreamhack Hyderabad 2022. Game and all don’t matter; people love us. There is still relevance, even without the game. Our members are not dependent on one single game,” he said.
