When Does Overwatch 2 Season 8 Start? Date, Time, Duration, More

Overwatch 2 Season 8 is just a few weeks away from release and will be bringing with it the new tank hero Mauga who has already been play-tested by almost all the players.

Another important feature includes a revamped battle pass mechanic which will allow players to get any Mythic Skin of their choice, past and present, instead of simply accepting the one released in that particular season.

Now, the only question that remains to be answered is when does Overwatch 2 Season 8 start? How much time will the players get to enjoy all its features and complete the new battle pass that comes along?

The players had a ball of a time during Overwatch 2 Season 7 which released on 10^th October and brought along an exciting Halloween event along with two huge collaborations with Diablo and LE SSERAFIM.

Both these crossovers were quite special for Overwatch 2, the one with Diablo being the first internal collaboration between two popular Blizzard titles and the other with LE SSERAFIM being its first in-game musical artist partnership for the game.

Next week, players will also receive the Roadhog rework which has been slightly delayed, and are expecting it to be as good as the Sombra rework which launched at the start of the season.

After running for more than a month, Season 7 is in its final few weeks, set to pave the way for Overwatch 2 Season 8 which is scheduled to release on 5^th December.
