The Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) Lock In tournament is the first event of the 2023 VCT circuit and is bringing all the partnered teams from the Americas, Pacific, and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) VCT Leagues in São Paulo, Brazil for the biggest Valorant LAN event to date. This kick-off tournament is scheduled to take place between 13th February and 4th March. Earlier, Riot Games announced the release of a limited-edition capsule collection called the VCT Lock In Capsule to commemorate the start of its international leagues in the newly introduced partnership model. Apart from this, Valorant players can get their hands on exclusive VCT Lock In drops on Twitch and YouTube. The drops include a Dad Hat buddy and a ‘Locked In’ title that players can sport in-game.

Introducing the VCT Lock In drops for 2023, Riot Games said, “Here comes the party! Check out live matches during VCT LOCK//IN for your shot at two exclusive Drops - a confident new title and a colorful new gun buddy.” Currently, there are only these two drops up for grabs – Dad Hat buddy and Locked In title.
Here’s how you get the two drops:
Watch any live game of VCT Lock In between 13th February and 4th March to get the 'Locked In' title in Valorant.
For the Dad Hat gun buddy, you need to watch any live game on 4th March, the final day of the tournament. The Dad Hat gun buddy is an exclusive drop for watching the Grand Finals of the event.
To earn the Locked In title and the Dad Hat gun buddy, players need to connect their Valorant accounts with their YouTube or Twitch accounts and watch a live game of VCT Lock In on channels enabled with drops during the above-mentioned times.
To connect your Valorant and YouTube and Twitch accounts, follow the steps below:
Log into your Riot Games account.
Go to Twitch and click on profile option.
Go to Settings and navigate to Connections and click on Riot Games account
Now, click on the Connect button and authorize the connection to connect your Twitch and Riot Games accounts.
For Youtube:
Sign in to your YouTube account.
Go to your Account and select Settings.
Under Connected Accounts, find Riot Games
Now, click Connect for the type of account you want to connect.
