Valorant is a live-service FPS shooter and like other online games, needs to be updated and patched routinely. This requires Riot Games to take the game down for a while for Valorant maintenance. If something breaks, Riot may take the game down unscheduled, but most Valorant maintenance is scheduled and the start and end are announced in the client as well as on social media. The numerous agents and maps are constantly being adjusted and tweaked to improve the player experience while new content is added to keep things fresh. The new patch 6.08 is due to go live in a day and here is when Valorant maintenance for the patch will start and end.
Valorant maintenance: Start and end time
The Valorant competitive queue will be disabled soon as the servers will be taken down for Riot to take patch 6.08 live. Here is the complete Valorant maintenance schedule including start and end times.
Valorant maintenance for Episode 6 Act 3 will start on 25th April at 14:00 PDT (26th April 2:30 AM IST and 5:00 AM SGT) and end the same day. Unfortunately, you will not be able to play the game until the maintenance ends. If you try to enter the game, you’ll get Valorant Error 84 or 46.

Updated visuals for Killjoy’s ultimate Lockdown (X) being destroyed.
Removed the yellow warning UI Indicator for enemy Killjoy’s Lockdown (X).
Updated deactivate sounds for Killjoy’s Turret (E) and Alarmbot (Q) to make them more distinct.
Misc.
Brimstone's Sky Smoke (E), Orbital Strike (X), and Omen's From the Shadows (X) ability have updated targeting visuals to help players with precision placement on the map.

Icebox rotates out of Competitive and Unrated queues.
Known Issues
Riot Games is aware of an issue modifying locale within the client. Locale updates will need to be performed through Riot Client (Riot Client settings).
In rare instances, audio cues are not playing for various sound effects. The developers are investigating at this time and will share as soon as they know more.
