Road Closed Quest in Escape From Tarkov Explained

The new location of Streets of Tarkov has many new quests for the players which are offered by the different traders in the game. One such exploration task is the Road Closed quest given by trader Tadeusz Pilsudski also known by his alias "Peacekeeper.” To do this quest, the prerequisite is that you must be at least level 20. Additionally, the Road Closed quest requires you to locate a cargo convoy and an ambush spot on the Streets of Tarkov.

When you meet Peacekeeper, he says, “There's been a large firefight in the city. Someone ambushed a convoy carrying critical cargo. I'm sure it's the treacherous BEARs, but we'll have to make sure. At this point, it's not as critical to eliminate these war criminals as it is to make sure the cargo is still intact. Go there and report back.”

The quest objectives are:

• Locate the cargo convoy on the new location of  Streets of Tarkov

• Determine the ambush spot

• Survive and extract from the location

When you begin the quest, your PMC will start just outside the LexOs car dealership. The convoy that you need to locate is in between the LexOs car dealership and the Pinewood hotel. You will see cargo trucks in front of the building and you need to walk amid it and go back to the car dealership to the northeastern part of the car dealership. 

Once you enter the car dealership diagonally from the center of Streets of Tarkov, you will have to enter through the double doors you see on your right. The ambush spot might get triggered as you enter through the doors. If it does not, you need to climb the metal stairs and take a right and walk up to the AGS-30. Now all you need to do is survive the extract.

The rewards for completing the quest are as follows:

• +10,500 EXP

• Peacekeeper Rep +0.02

• 62,300 Roubles

• 65,415 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 1

• 71,645 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 2

• 1× HK MP7A1 4.6x30 submachine gun

• 3× HK MP7 4.6x30 20-round magazine

• 80× 4.6x30mm Action SX

Once you finish this quest and extract successfully, Peacekeeper says, “The cargo is in place, that's reassuring. If the attack was from a car dealership, then it wasn't the BEARs. So it's Kaban again... Thank you for your work.”
