It has been more than a month since players were introduced to the new Escape from Tarkov map, the Streets of Tarkov. The quests, the raids, and extract points on the map have been very engaging. As the ninth location that was added to the game, Streets of Tarkov houses banks, malls, and hotels, alongside other major other amenities any thriving metropolis needs. In addition to these, the location also has a bunch of usage keys. There has been a lot of discussion over the bosses who spawn on Streets of Tarkov and players need to brace themselves for they can run into two bosses on the newly added location. 

A lot of players speculated initially that any of the old bosses could spawn on Streets of Tarkov, but according to the Escape from Tarkov Wiki, players only need to look out for the following bosses:

  • Scav boss Glukhar

  • Scav boss Killa

Glukhar and Killa on Streets of Tarkov

Glukhar and Killa are the two bosses players will run into on the newly added Escape from Tarkov location. Notably, locating and eliminating bosses is an important aspect of the game and is certainly rewarding most times. But finding the bosses is extremely hard since they have different spawn rates. Before the wipe, all bosses had a very low spawn rate but Battlestate Games reportedly upped the boss spawn rate to 10% on their respective maps.

Twitter user LogicalSolutions wrote on 16th January, “All boss spawn rates increased from 5% to 10% on their perspective maps. Killa and Gluhar were bumped to 2.6% on Streets.

Keeping this in mind, here’s all you need to know about Glukhar and Killa. 

Glukhar

Players should note the following points about this Streets of Tarkov boss:

  • Glukhar always has five or six heavily armed followers around him.

  • He and his followers have different health values than PMCs and Scavs.

  • Glukhar needs to be killed once for quests of The Huntsman Path - Eraser - Part 1, The Huntsman Path - Relentless and Payback.

  • His unique equipment is the ASh-12 12.7x55 assault rifle

  • Spawn chance on Streets of Tarkov: 4.6%

Glukhar’s stats:

  • Head: 70

  • Thorax: 220

  • Stomach: 140

  • Arms: 145 per

  • Legs: 145 per

  • Total: 1010

Killa

Note the following points about this boss:

  • Killa has different health values than PMCs and Scavs.

  • He does not have any armed followers around him.

  • This boss needs to be killed once for the quests of The Huntsman Path - Sellout, The Huntsman Path - Relentless, and 100 times for The Stylish One quest.

  • All his unique equipment:

    • RPK-16 5.45x39 light machine gun

    • Maska-1SCh bulletproof helmet (Killa)

    • Maska-1SCh face shield (Killa)

    • 6B13 M modified assault armor (Tan)

    • BlackHawk! Commando chest harness (Black)

  • Spawn chance on Streets of Tarkov: 4.6%

Killa’s stats:

  • Head: 70

  • Thorax: 210

  • Stomach: 170

  • Arms: 100 each

  • Legs: 120 each

  • Total: 890
