The latest Escape From Tarkov wipe in patch 0.13.0.0 on 28th December added the new location of Streets of Tarkov to the game. This new urban environment is notably the ninth location added to the game and houses banks, malls, hotels, and all the other major amenities. The Streets of Tarkov map allows up to 40 players to take part in the fray. It also has multiple vantage points that offer lines of sight into open areas and it allows long-range engagements. Revision - Streets of Tarkov is a quest in Escape From Tarkov given by trader Tadeusz Pilsudski, known by his alias "Peacekeeper."

Revision - Streets of Tarkov Quest Explained
When you start this quest, the Peacekeeper says, “Good morning! You’ve done a great job of finding military vehicles. According to my sources, there were at least three Strykers in the city. You know, it’s not a good idea to leave that kind of equipment out in the open in these conditions. I need a lead on them. You know what to do.”
The quest has the following objectives:
Locate and mark the first Stryker with an MS2000 Marker
Locate and mark the second Stryker with an MS2000 Marker
Locate and mark the third Stryker with an MS2000 Marker
Survive and extract from the location
Notably, the MS2000 Marker is an item predominantly used during nighttime operations. It emits signals which are visible through night vision goggles. So you will need three of these since they will disappear from the inventory once placed on the Stryker vehicles. Players should also note that one must be at least level 17 to start this quest.
For the first Stryker, you will have to head over to the main street between Post Office and the Pinewood hotel. When the Post Office is on your left, you have to head all the way down the street where you will notice the first tank. Note that this location is at the end of the Pinewood Hotel for reference on the map. The second Stryker tank will be in front of the Big Cinema and you will spot it when you go under the bridge. The last tank that you will have to mark for the quest is near the Evacuation Zone near the big building in red named Teppakot.

Once you have located and marked all three Strykers with the MS2000 Markers, you will have to extract safely to complete the Revision - Streets of Tarkov quest.
