Escape from Tarkov: Relaxation Room Key & Developer's Secrets Part 2 Quest Explained
Quest keys are mandatory in the game since one cannot get inside a locked door without using a key. Generally, these keys can be found on the bodies of dead players or non-playable characters (NPCs) or in containers including jackets, backpacks, and filing cabinets. Likewise, they can also be received as a reward for completing quests or purchased from traders, and also traded in the flea market.
The Relaxation Key is tied to a secret in Streets of Tarkov. It essentially unlocks a secret door with the Hive painting, part of the Developer's Secrets Part 2 Quest. This room is inside one of the city offices.
However, the game does not provide any detail about the key during the Developer’s Secret quest. As a result, players have to search through Scavs jackets.
Keep in mind that you must have also completed the first part of the developer’s secret quest to unlock this follow-up task.
Where To Find the Relaxation Room Key on Streets of Tarkov?
On Streets of Tarkov, some copies of this Relaxation key spawns behind the Negotiation room key. Additionally, exactly one copy of the key spawns every raid but the location varies.
On Streets, players should go near the vet clinic and stand in front of the white van. Now, players must go inside the house with a parking which is opposite the brick house in front of the clinic.
After this, all you need to do is enter the house and find the Relaxation room key on the right which is beside a trophy on the cupboard. Keep in mind that it can spawn anywhere in the same building.
Where To Use the Relaxation Key?
You will use the Relaxation key during the Developer's Secrets Part 2 quest in Escape from Tarkov given by Mechanic. The objectives of the quest are as follows:
Unravel the secret of the IT firm's employees' high morale on Streets of Tarkov.
Survive and extract from the location.
In this quest, you have to find and enter the "Hive" hookah lounge in the Malevicha street no. 5 building on Streets of Tarkov. You open this lounge using the Relaxation key.
