Overwatch 2's beta is not working for some players even after they purchased the Wartchpoint pack.
Some players received access even though they did not receive a confirmation survey about beta participation.
Players will receive all bonuses except beta access only after Overwatch 2 releases on 4th October.

Overwatch 2’s beta went live on 28th June and it is accessible by players who purchased the Watchpoint Pack for $40 USD as well as other community members selected by Activision Blizzard. Some players who purchased the Watchpoint Pack to get access to the beta are unable to play and it has led to a lot of frustration among players in the community.

Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack Beta Access Not Available

You are supposed to receive beta access if you purchase the Watchpoint Beta Access. The pack includes not just guaranteed access to the Overwatch 2 beta but also legendary hero skins, 2,000 virtual currency for Overwatch 2, the first battle pass of Overwatch 2 and other items that are yet to be revealed.

If you have not received an email confirming access to the beta, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Launch Battle.net

  2. Click on the Overwatch Icon

  3. Click on the Game Version menu (Bottom left area)

  4. Click on the (In Development - Overwatch 2 Beta) option

  5. You will now be able to start the download for the game

You can try relaunching Battle.net or your PC and see if you get access to the beta. A lot of players are unable to get access to the beta and until Blizzard fixes the issue, there is not much else you can do. You should reach out to the Blizzard Support site and ask for assistance after logging into your account.

If you are worried about other items missing from the Watchpoint Pack, there is no need to panic. The digital currency and other items will not be available until Overwatch 2 releases on 4th October. All of the exclusive skins from the Watchpoint Pack as well as the digital currency and battle pass will be added to your account when you first log into the game after launch.

Players who are existing players of Overwatch 1 will have all of their cosmetics transferred to the sequel and if you have any unopened boxes, they will be opened and all the items will be credited to your account automatically. Saving loot boxes will not grant you any new items and you will receive cosmetics from Overwatch 1 only.
