The Hot Delivery Quest in Escape from Tarkov is a task handed over to players by trader Arshavir Sarkisovich Abramyan aka "Ragman." It is a completion quest that takes place on Interchange, the fifth location that was added to the game. In order to start the Hot Delivery Quest, players need to be at least level 29 and in addition to this, you also need to stash a bunch of items in different places for this task including body armor and helmets. Note that finishing this quest leads you to the Scavenger Quest, also given by Ragman.

Hot Delivery Quest explained
Once you take up this quest, Ragman says that his business is quite dangerous and that one of his clients was found dead. He explains that many of his clients are being watched and hence they don’t want to visit him in the open. “If people do not come for goods, goods come to people, ha-ha. Help a brother out, get the required items and stash them for proper folks to pick up on Interchange. They need two sets of helmets and headwear (6B47 and Peltor ComTac 2) stashed in a trash pile in the Avokado store, you've already been there, you know the place, and they also need two grey Gzhel body armors, stash them in the garbage heap near the stage on the outside, it's near the Ultra main entrance. I'll make it up to you, believe me,” he further explains the quest.
The quest objectives are as follows:
Stash 2 Peltor ComTac 2 in the specified place
Stash 2 6B47 Helmet in the specified place
Stash 2 BNTI Gzhel-K body armor in the specified place
You need to place the helmet and headset in a garbage pile in the "Avokado" store. Refer to the following image with the red marking for the exact location on Interchange.
The body armor needs to be stashed outside the mall in a garbage pile next to the stage in front of the "ULTRA" store. Refer to the following image with the red marking for the exact location on Interchange.
Players should note that the camouflaged variant of the 6B47 Helmet cannot be used. Additionally, the body armor and the helmet can be of any durability.
Rewards for Hot Delivery Quest
Once you finish the quest successfully and extract from the raid without dying, Ragman says, “The guys said they got the stuff, nicely done, brother. Told you, all smooth and quick. As promised, here's your reward.”
