House Arrest Part 1 Quest in Escape from Tarkov is an exploration quest that is given by trader Alexander Fyodorovich Kiselyov, known by his alias "Skier." This quest takes place on the Streets of Tarkov location. Streets of Tarkov was added only in December 2022, making it the ninth location in the game. A bunch of new quests were added to this location with many of them requiring players to get their hands on single-use keys to complete the tasks. The House Arrest Part 1 Quest requires you to have the Iron Gate Key in order to successfully complete the task and claim the rewards. You will also have to be above level 30 for this quest.

House Arrest Part 1 Quest Guide

Firstly, you need to get your hands on the Iron Gate key for this quest. This key can be found in the pockets and bags of Scavs, as well as in jackets. You can also buy it from the Flea Market, although it is a bit expensive. 

The objectives of this Skier quest are:

• Locate where the missing group was held captive on the Streets of Tarkov

• Survive and extract from the location

After you have this key, you will have to go to the building opposite the Sparja Grocery store in Streets of Tarkov. Your PMC will start just in between the grocery store and the building concerned. You will find a hole in the wall of the same building and as you enter the hole, you have to open the door in front of you and take an immediate left.  You have to walk down the pathway and get down a set of stairs and jump through the next two wall holes that you see. 

You will enter a kitchen, and once you open the door and turn right, you will be met by a double door. Now, climb the stairs and go to the third floor. Once you open the door on the third floor, you will see cell blocks with iron gates. The wanted place is prison cell number 1 on the third floor of the Chekannaya 15 apartment building on the Streets of Tarkov.

Once you go into Cell number 1,  you have to walk around and extract safely out of the raid. 

Note that you can use this key on doors 1,2, and 4. Opening any of these cells will give you access to good loot. The other two rooms 3 and 5 are always open.
