Battlestate Games released the 0.13 update on 28th December 2022 and as a result, a lot of changes have made their way into Escape From Tarkov. Players were surprised with an expansion in the Hideout where they could knock down a Defective Wall to build a gym in order to improve their physical strength in-game. With the new wipe, all progress and levels have been reset in the game and players are once again grinding through different quests to increase loyalty with traders and improve stats, among many other things. Glory to CPSU is a quest in Escape from Tarkov that is given by trader Pavel Yegorovich Romanenko aka Prapor. Notably, the Glory to CPSU quest is on the new map of Streets of Tarkov.
Here’s all you need to know about the Glory to CPSU quest in the game.
How to finish Glory to CPSU in Escape from Tarkov
Firstly, the quest is on the Streets of Tarkov, the ninth location added to the game. The map houses banks, malls, hotels, and all the other major amenities. It has multiple vantage points that offer lines of sight into open areas allowing for long-range engagements and it also has over ten exfiltration (exfil) or extraction (extract) locations.
The quest reads, “Hello, warrior. I have another personal matter. I have a friend in town, Oleg. He's a retired captain, such a great man! A real fighter, you and I would never reach his greatness. And what a patriot! The problem is that I haven't heard from him for a while now. I'm worried about him. Will you check on him?”
The two major objectives of this particular quest are as follows:
Locate the apartment of Prapor's friend on Streets of Tarkov
Survive and extract from the location
The only prerequisite for this task is that you be at least level 15 to start this quest.
In this quest, you have to find the apartment of Prapor’s friend on the Streets of Tarkov. Note that the apartment is located on the second floor of the Chekannaya 15 apartment building. It can only be accessed via the western staircase. The building is close to the Collapsed Crane and the Sparja Grocery Store.
Below is a detailed guide on how to enter the apartment:
You will spawn just in front of the Sparja Grocery Store and when you are facing the grocery store, you will have to move leftwards to go to the building.
You will cross an ambulance and after this, you will have to hug the wall of the building to your left and as you move forward, you will notice a big hole in the wall.
Open the door when you enter the building and take the left. Once you move forward, you will see a flight of stairs going down. Go down the stairs and jump through another hole in the wall.
Following this, you will have to go through quite a few doors and holes until you end up in the last room with a closed white door. Take the right when you open the door and enter through the brown double doors that are on your left.
As you open the double doors, you will have to climb the stairs and reach another set of double doors. When you open this, take the immediate left. The first room on your right is the room of Prapor’s friend.
Once you are inside, you will see the quest complete pop-up but you will have to survive the extract in order to successfully complete the Glory to CPSU quest. Remember that you need to survive the extract and not die during the process or you will have to do it all over again.
