Can of Sprats: What does it reference?

The Can of Sprats is one such streamer item and it has the word “Alkonafter” written on it. It is a reference to the Russian Escape from Tarkov streamer called alconafter. This item is one of the most commonly found ones in all of the stream items list. It can regularly be found as a loose food spawns at locations like Customs or Woods. 

The description of the item reads, “Delicacy sprats from Alconafter company.”
