The Drug Trafficking Quest in Escape from Tarkov is given by trader Elvira Khabibullina, known by her alias “Therapist” in the game. The quest happens on Lighthouse, the eighth location that was added to the game. Notably, the Drug Trafficking Quest is a completion type in the game and is relatively simple and straightforward to complete. It is also a continuation of the Lost Contact quest given by the Therapist. Ever since the latest update dropped in the game towards the end of December 2022, players have been trying to complete quests and level up in the new wipe.

Drug Trafficking Quest Guide

The Therapist tells you that she suspects that someone has opened a new drug distribution point or a drug laboratory in Tarkov since she has treated many people with familiar symptoms including dilated pupils, tremors, confusion, and the like. She also states that her people who were evacuating the refugees from the city, noticed suspicious people near the containers in the Lighthouse territory. “One of my men wanted to investigate and almost got killed. They definitely guard that place. Can you find it and place a camera overlooking the place? I'm not asking to tear down the place or eliminate those so-called cooks. Do you understand me? Do not risk your life for nothing. For now, I only need the recordings from the cameras,” she tells the players.

The quest objectives are as follows:

• Locate the hidden drug lab on Lighthouse

• Stash a Wi-Fi Camera in the drug lab

To complete the quest, you will have to head over to the Lighthouse with a Wi-Fi camera that you can buy from the Mechanic. You need to go to the depot behind the Rogues' base. You should carry a weapon with some optics attached since you will have to shoot at least two Rogues at the base entry and one on the second hangar roof where the Rogue operates a stationed machine gun. Following this, head to the right part of the depot and move towards the red car, where you will see the group of containers. One of them will be opened and you can plant the camera inside it after you make your way inside.

Upon completing the quest, the Therapist will say, “You set it up? My thanks. Oh no, mercenary, I cannot tell you what I'll do with these tapes. So what button uploads the video, you say?”
