Debtor Quest in Escape from Tarkov is given by trader Alexander Fyodorovich Kiselyov, known by his alias "Skier.” The quest is an Exploration type in Escape from Tarkov and happens on the new Streets of Tarkov map. This is the ninth location that was added to the game in December 2022 alongside the 0.13 update that brought along the latest wipe. The only requirement to start the Debtor Quest in the game is that you must be at least level 31 to start it. The hotel room 206 key is used to unlock the door to a room in the Pinewood hotel and plays a major part in the quest.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Debtor Quest and hotel room 206 key.
Debtor Quest and Hotel room 206 key usage explained
When you begin the quest, Skier says, “There's a guy who owes me a lot of money. He's a real c***, and pretends to be a hard-ass, but he's not paying his debts anymore. His deadline's long gone. Gotta teach him a lesson. My guys saw him at the hotel the other day, he rented a room on the second floor.”
The quest objectives are:
Find the debtor on Streets of Tarkov
Survive and extract from the location
You need to possess the hotel room 206 key in order to finish this task and the key can be found in:
The pockets and bags of Scavs
Jackets
Drawers
Flea market
Simply put, Room 206 is located on the second floor of the northern Pinewood hotel building on the Streets of Tarkov. Your PMC will start just outside the Pinewood Hotel near the Underpass extract entries.
When you go to the second floor of the northern Pinewood hotel and enter room 206 with the key, you will notice a dead Scav with a crowbar on his back. This is the debtor you needed to find. Once you pass over the body, you will get a subtask complete and you will now have to survive the extract and make it out of the raid.
