Colleagues Part 1 Quest in Escape from Tarkov is given by trader Elvira Khabibullina, known by her alias "Therapist." The quest is a prerequisite to do Colleges Part 2 and Chemistry Closet tasks. Notably, Colleagues Part 1 Quest happens on the Shoreline, the fourth location that was added to the game. You are likely to run into Scavs, Sanitar, Knight, Big Pipe, Birdeye, Cultists on this location. Players should note that the Anesthesia quest also requires you to go to the same location in the game. Hence, if you accept this one, it is possible to finish the other one at the same time if timed properly. Additionally, you must be Level 21 to start the Colleagues Part 1 quest.

Colleagues Part 1 Quest Guide

The Therapist informs the player that everyone who has medical knowledge is worth gold, not to mention actual working doctors. She notes that one doctor has appeared and that she hired multiple groups to go to Shoreline to find the doctor, enter into negotiations and offer the best terms. “But today, none of the groups got in touch. We need these medications, I've got clients... ahem, people in need to worry about. Find my people and find out what happened,” she adds.

The quest objectives are as follows:

• Locate group that was sent to the Health resort

• Locate the group that was sent to the pier

• Locate the group that was sent to the cottages

• Survive and leave the area

Note that you need to locate three sets of bodies of the people the Therapist hired on Shoreline to negotiate with the doctor. All the three groups of bodies need to be found in a single raid and you will notice them as they are covered with white shrouds. Leaving the raid after having found only some of the corpses will reset the quest. After finding them all you must extract safely without dying. 

The location of the bodies are as follows:

• On the outside corner of the offices at the pier

• In the backyard of the locked villa (Near cottages on the map)

• Under the tail of the helicopter in front of the health resort
