Apex Legends Disruptor Rounds: Everything You Need To Know
Apex Legends Season 10 update brings major changes to the game including a new legend, a new gun, a rework to World’s Edge, and the debut of ranked arena mode. This update will also add Disruptor Rounds, a feature that is coming back to the game after seven seasons. Disruptor Rounds were first added to the game in Season 2 and then removed by Respawn Entertainment during the start of Season 3. Here is everything you need to know about Disruptor Rounds in Apex Legends.
Apex Legends Disruptor Rounds: What are they and when will they come out?
Disruptor Rounds is a hop-up that could be equipped to the Alternator sub machine gun and the RE-45 automatic pistol. Hop-Up attachments are special weapon attachments that greatly impact the weapon's performance. Disruptor Rounds used to increase damage to shielded targets. The Alternator would get a damage multiplier of 1.55x and the RE-45 Auto got a damage multiplier of 1.7x.
In the new patch update, Respawn Entertainment said that Spitfire and Alternator (equipped with Disruptor Rounds) will now be available in Care Packages. Disruptor Rounds will be arriving when Apex Legends Season 10: Emergence update goes live, on 3rd Aug 2021. The Prowler is being out of rotation from the Care Package. The Disruptor Rounds hop-up had been previously removed from the game due to how powerful it was.
Apex Legends Season 10: Emergence Update
Apex Legends Season 10 will go live on 3rd Aug 2021 and add a new Legend called Seer. The update will also include changes to World’s Edge with three major areas on the map, namely Train Yard, Refinery, and Sorting Factory, receiving changes. Respawn is also adding Ranked Arena play. Respawn Entertainment also dropped the trailer of Season 10: Emergence a few days ago and showed off more of the new Legend as well as the Rampage LMG.
