Apparently, Team Secret is releasing a comic in which its roster for the upcoming DPC 2021-22 is being unveiled one by one. In the first episode titled 'Unfinished Business', Puppey was seen assembling his new team at the Team Secret headquarters. This episode of the comic was accompanied by a separate tweet from the organization mentioning Puppey's continuation as the leader.
A day later, the second episode of the series, titled 'The Awakening', showed Puppey with YapzOr, who held the Shaft of the Rubick, one of his signature heroes. A separate tweet followed mentioning YapzOr would continue as a Team Secret member.
While Puppey and YapzOr continue as Team Secret members, Ludwig "zai" Wåhlberg and Lasse Aukusti "MATUMBAMAN" Urpalainen recently parted ways with the team. Zai announced shortly after his departure that he had joined Team Liquid, but the fate of MATUMBAMAN in the DPC 2021-22 is unknown as of now.
In the DPC 2021, Team Secret had a fairly successful year. The team was a major force in the first half where it did well at the Singapore Major. Despite slacking off during the second half, Team Secret was a major contender at The International 10 (TI10), where it placed third.
In the DPC 2021-22, Team Secret will compete in the Upper Division of the European regional league. The league’s roster lock date is 21st Nov 2021, which means the team’s final roster will soon be revealed.
