After the recent announcement of Pure going inactive in the BetBoom Team, Mira joked about quitting Dota 2.
Earlier this week, Pure went inactive and would be focusing on his health during the break.

After winning The International 2023 and becoming a two-time TI (The International) winner, Team Spirit player Myroslav "Mira" Kolpakov jokingly commented about Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko getting placed on the inactive roster of the BetBoom (BB) Team. Earlier this week, Pure went inactive and the BetBoom Team took to X to say that he would be focusing on his health during the hiatus. Knowing this fact, Team Spirit player Mira joked about quitting Dota 2 and taking a break from pro play during a recent Twitch stream.

Is Team Spirit Mira Taking a Break from Pro Play?

During a recent Twitch stream, Team Spirit player Mira joked about going inactive till 2nd January. The Team Spirit player made this comment jokingly after hearing news about Pure of BetBoom Team going inactive. A clip of Mira joking about this was shared on a Telegram channel, LEGENDWP DOTA 2.

According to a transcript from cybersport.ru and hawk.live, which was translated into English, Mira joked, “I'm quitting this game. Actually, I'm taking a break in my career. So, today they [Pure] are going inactive... I thought, 'Well, I'm also going inactive *****. I'm going inactive until January 2nd.'"

Earlier, Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, the manager for Team Spirit, chimed in on on Pure going inactive. He speculated that Pure could be going inactive and taking a break due to some internal problems and arguments with his teammates. He compared it with Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Khertek’s situation in Team Spirit.

In a Telegram post, he said, “Judging by my experience, considering that BB team were talking about how they were ready to cross swords together for the entire new season just two months ago, something similar happened, which was in Team Spirit before Toronto (TORONTOTOKYO) left. Apparently, the problem had been there for a long time, they were fighting it, but in the end, they couldn't overcome it.

In a recent development, according to the CYBERSLOVO Telegram channel, the newly inactive BetBoom Team's offlaner Pure might join Nigma Galaxy as its new offlaner.

Notably, Team Spirit captain Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naydenov announced that he was going to take a break at The International 2023. Ever since his announcement Team Spirit has not been participating in any tournament.

Team Spirit had received a direct invite to the ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 but later declined the spot and cited the health issues of team members for not attending the tournament. Due to this, Illya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk reached out and personally messaged Azure Ray player Zhao "XinQ" Zixing seeking a team to play with at the ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 Qualifiers during xiao8’s live stream.
