Following Ame's exceptional Naga Siren, Team Spirit Yatoro took to Telegram and sang praises for Ame.
The community has been buzzing about the budding bromance between these top Dota 2 pros.

A standout performance from Xtreme Gaming’s Wang "Ame" Chunyu against BetBoom Team at the BetBoom Dacha 2024 Dubai Day 1 certainly caught Team Spirit’s Illya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk’s attention. An enraptured Yatoro took to his Telegram to talk about Ame’s standout performance, calling it the “most beautiful carry game” he has seen in the last year.

Yatoro has been vocal about his appreciation for Ame in the past and openly idolizes the Chinese Dota 2 carry player. Notably, as a sign of mutual respect, during an interview with Russian YouTuber “Ultimate Dota,” Ame also said he respected Yatoro the most in the Dota 2 community.

The Dota 2 community is talking about the blooming bromance between these two top pros, with Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov adding to the discourse.

Yatoro Showers Ame with Praise After Ame’s First Official Series with Xtreme Gaming

In a standout moment at the BetBoom Dacha 2024 Dubai Day 1, Chinese Dota 2 player Ame secured a 2-0 victory against BetBoom Team, garnering admiration from Team Spirit’s Yatoro.

On 4th February, Team Spirit’s Yatoro, with a tone of appreciation, wrote, “After watching 10 minutes of Ame's game on Naga. I can officially say that this is the most beautiful carry game I've watched in the last year.

Following this, Yatoro’s teammate, Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov took to his own Telegram channel and jokingly forwarded Yatoro’s original post. Collapse then added a quirky remark that read, “Yatoro: marry me Ame please.

The community has been talking about the relationship between Yatoro and Ame. On Reddit, one user commented, “The greatest competitors will hold the utmost respect for each other. Ame and Yatoro are in a league of their own at this point.” Another user commented jokingly, “Ame’s wife in shambles.

Yatoro’s admiration for Ame’s Naga Siren gameplay is not baseless as Ame displayed an exceptional performance in game 2 against BetBoom Team. For starters, Ame’s Naga Siren was on the top of the net worth charts for the whole game. During the 21st-minute, when Ame engaged on Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko’s Morphling, he beautifully dodged the Bushwhack from Vitalie "Save-" Melnic’s Hoodwink with the help of a well-timed Mirror Illusion and dealt enough damage to secure a crucial kill on Morphling.

Following this, in the 26th minute, Ame made a crucial play to counter-initiate against BetBoom Team’s defense attempt and saved Zhao "XinQ" Zixing’s Shadow Demon by using Song of the Siren.

At the 32nd-minute mark, Ame was able to catch Nightfall’s Morphling once again with the help of Song of the Siren and secure a kill against the BetBoom carry. These micro plays from Ame and his teammates eventually led to Xtreme Gaming’s victory over BetBoom Team.

However, after the enthralling Day 1 of the BetBoom Dacha 2024 Dubai, Yatoro and Ame met at the battlefield in a best-of-two series on Day 2. The teams eventually settled for a draw after two intense games and moved forward sharing points. In a competitive landscape such as Dota 2 esports where fans are used to seeing pros hold grudges and give back-handed compliments, it is heartwarming to see Yatoro and Ame get along on a friendly level.
