T1 has emerged victorious in the inaugural series of the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Southeast Asia (SEA) Tour 1: Division 1 with two resounding wins over TNC Predator. Due to T1’s past performances and TNC Predator's recent roster changes, T1 was expected to have an advantage in this bout, which certainly proved to be the case. In the 2-0 victory, T1 outperformed the opponents in all areas of the game. TNC Predator's all-new roster specifically failed to measure up to its opponents in the laning stage, losing momentum very early on.

T1 vs TNC Predator: Match Highlights and Recap

Recap

Game 1 was a stomp by T1. While the draft looked even on paper, T1 picked a lot of comfort players, and they executed their heroes to perfection. In the beginning, Xepher and Whitemon made some sharp moves to get kills, and the entire team continued this momentum throughout the remainder of the game, winning the match in 34 minutes.

In game 2, TNC Predator started off in the same vein as game 1 until it began to show resilience. With a few important buybacks and YoungGod's Lifestealer finding farm, TNC Predator was able to fend off T1's pressure. When it came to 5v5 teamfights, T1 was easily the better team and 23savage's incredible performance on his signature Morphling allowed the team to win in 39 minutes.

Highlights

Here are some highlights of the series.

After a season of slow starts, T1 was utterly comprehensive in its approach in the first series of the DPC 2021-22 against TNC Predator. Starting with the laning stage and continuing onwards till the end of the game, the team was aggressive, looking for kills while never going overboard.

Thus far, TNC Predator's new roster has not been off to a great start. The team debuted at the recently concluded Mineski Masters where it lost unexpectedly to both UD Vessuwan and Grindsky Esports resulting in its elimination. In the second game against T1, however, TNC Predator showed some life, and it might just take some more time for the team to hit its stride. The team is led by an experienced player in Kim "Febby" Yong-min and includes some of the brightest young talent in the region.

TNC Predator’s next series in the DPC SEA 2021-22 Tour 1: Division is against Motivate.Trust Gaming on 4th Dec 2021 whereas T1 shall face Team SMG on 9th Dec 2021.
