Arjay "papadom" Domdom, TNC Predator's Dota 2 manager, has been hired by T1 as its new Dota 2 manager. Papadom tweeted on 28th Nov 2021 that he had already joined T1 a couple of weeks ago, and so his announcement was long overdue. As part of his tweets, he thanked Sir Eric M. Redulfin, the owner of TNC Predator, as well as Jim Paulo Sy, who has served as TNC Predator's Vice President for Operations & Performance Coach, for their support and guidance. Papadom replaces Vladislav “Kreff” Katunin.

“This may be long overdue, but I'm excited to announce that 2 weeks ago, I've joined @T1 as their new Dota 2 Team Manager,” papadom announced on Twitter.

The following T1 members comprise the Dota 2 squad:

  • Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon

  • Carlo "Kuku" Palad

  • Kenny "Xepher" Deo

  • Matthew "Whitemon" Filemon

  • Park "March" Tae-won (coach)

After three years with TNC Predator, Papadom is leaving his position as manager. The organization hired him in December 2018 to replace Paulo Sy, who since then has moved on to higher positions. He continued to offer his assistance to the team throughout the various rosters.

Papadom has already worked with March and Kuku while at TNC Predator, and will now serve as their manager at T1. T1's previous manager Kreff leaves after five months with the team. In addition, he sent a tweet to thank T1 and March for the opportunity, as well as wishing papadom the best in his role as the organization’s new Dota 2 manager.

Following T1 Dota 2's success in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) 2021, the team will now be looking forward to another successful campaign in the 2021-22 season. After a slow start last season, the team found its form and momentum in the second half, finishing first in the second league and third at the WePlay AniMajor. T1, after some strong performances, finished 7th-8th at The International 10 (TI10).
