skiter and Malr1ne Get Hello Kitty Face Tattoos to Celebrate Win

On 17th February, an image of skiter and Malr1ne with a Hello Kitty face tattoo started to make rounds on a Telegram channel. It was later revealed by skiter he got the face tattoo due to a promise he made to Malr1ne. However, Malr1ne seems like he joined the fun too as he was seen sporting a Hello Kitty face tattoo also. Although skiter kept his promise, the Hello Kitty face tattoo was only a temporary one.

In an earlier interview with escorenews.com, Malr1ne revealed the reason for his affinity toward Hello Kitty. According to the website, he reportedly said, “I Love the character, how cutely [it’s] portrayed. And the universe itself.” In the same interview with escorenews, Malr1ne said, “They [teammates] don't understand Hello Kitty. I tried. But if we win the tournament, Hello Kitty will appear on skiter's face.”

On another note, Malr1ne put forth an impressive performance at the BetBoom Dacha 2024 Dubai. Readers should note that Malr1ne is fairly new to the professional Dota 2 scene and has not played in many top-tier LAN tournaments before. Even so, according to dotabuff.com, Malr1ne managed to maintain an impressive 6.41 KDA ratio throughout the tournament and won his first-ever tier 1 LAN.

Malr1ne and skiter’s team, Team Falcons, took home $400,000 and secured its Tier 1 tournament win. Team Falcons is now establishing itself as a force to be reckoned with in the Dota 2 pro scene. Notably, Team Falcons dominated the qualifiers for BetBoom Dacha 2024 Dubai, DreamLeague Season 22, and ESL One Birmingham 2024 in the Middle East and North African region, qualifying for all the tournaments.

Team Falcons will next be participating in the upcoming DreamLeague S22 tournament which will be held online. It remains to be seen whether Team Falcons will continue this domination and secure another title under its belt.
