Pure, who is currently sitting in the inactive roster of BetBoom Team, is rumored to join Tundra Esports as its new carry
Earlier rumors suggested Pure may join Nigma Galaxy, but Timado's tweet seemingly gives more weightage to Pure joining Tundra.

With the start of the new year, BetBoom Team’s Offlaner Ivan “Pure~” Moskalenko finds himself in the center of another rumor. A post from a Telegram channel reportedly suggested Pure’s comeback as a carry player for Tundra Esports. The 19-year-old Russian player currently sits on the inactive roster for BetBoom Team to focus on his health as the team states. It is to be noted that earlier rumors suggested Pure may join Nigma Galaxy as its new offlaner.

Pure To Make a Comeback As a Carry?

19-year-old Russian player Pure could likely play as the new carry for Tundra Esports as suggested by a Telegram post. If this were to come true, it would mean Tundra Esports would be replacing its Peruvian carry Enzo "Timado" Gianoli, who has had previous experiences as a position one player for teams like Virtus.pro and Entity. Interestingly, in a tweet, Timado posted "LFT,"(Looking For Team) which gave strong indications about the possibility of Pure’s move to Tundra Esports as its new carry.

Pure switched to the offlane role when he joined BetBoom Team on 8th December 2022. The Telegram also alleged that Pure may have been bought out by another team rather than just going inactive in BetBoom Team, the buyout was speculated to be around $500,000.

Earlier rumors suggested that Pure may join Nigma Galaxy as its new offlaner for the 2024 competitive season. Now, with new rumors about Pure joining another team, there is weightage to earlier speculation of a buyout from another team.

If the latest rumors of Pure joining Tundra Esports as its new carry are true then the roster would be as follow:

  • Ivan “Pure~” Moskalenko

  • Jonathan Bryle "Bryle" De Guia

  • Ilyas "kasane" Gainullin

  • Aleksandr "Immersion" Khmelevskoi

  • Matthew "Whitemon" Filemon

Notably, Tundra Esports was left without a roster in the aftermath of The International 2023 and signed Team Undying on 10th December 2023 to compose a new Dota 2 roster. With the Tundra Esports carry Timado now announcing a search for a team, Pure’s move to Tundra Esports seems very likely.

The formal announcement of the new roster could be made in the coming weeks right ahead of the next big ESL event.
