With a staggering prize pool of $1,000,000 USD up for grabs, the Elite League 2024 promises fierce competition as teams vie for the prestigious championship title.
The tournament will feature twenty-four teams representing seven regions worldwide, including Eastern Europe (EEU), Western Europe (WEU), China (CN), Southeast Asia (SEA), Middle East and North Africa (MENA), South America (SA), and North America (NA).
While some big teams like Gaimin Gladiators, Team Liquid, Xtreme Gaming, and BetBoom Team have made it safely to the main tournament through Direct Invitations, other teams have to go through rigorous regional qualifiers.
The WEU is often regarded as one of the most competitive Dota 2 regions features some big teams like Entity, the returning Dota 2 powerhouse, MOUZ amongst many other. Eight teams are fighting at the closed qualifiers for the two spots from the region to play at the ELITE League
