Flysolo has retired from Dota 2 to pursue an esports career in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Kenneth "Flysolo" Coloma was once a rising star in the Filipino Dota 2 scene. The announcement came via a Facebook post where he told his fans that he will be making the transition to professional MLBB going forward. He also said that this was a tough decision for him and that he hopes to be able to apply his drafting skills in ML. Additionally, he announced that he was selling his Dota 2 account with its entire friend list, battlepass and more. This is the second instance of a former Filipino Dota 2 pro switching to Mobile Legends in the recent past. Just last week, Mark Anthony “Jacko” Soriano, notorious for the “PH 322 Scandal” had left Dota 2 to join Mobile Legends organization, Amihan esports.

In the Facebook post, Flysolo also stated that he would be selling his Dota 2 account and anybody wanting to buy it could message him.

Though Flysolo has been a part of the Dota 2 competitive scene for a long time, he climbed up the ranks in 2017 and was widely considered to be an up and coming Dota 2 captain in the SEA region. During this period, he was able to qualify to major international tournaments like Epicenter 2017, Mars Dota 2 League 2017 and The Manila Masters with Clutch Gamers. In 2019 as well, he had a decent amount of success in competitive Dota 2 with Neon Esports and DeToNator. However, in 2020, he had a relatively unsuccessful time as his team mostly finished in the last spots.

The Filipino also mentioned that he was looking to team up with Mobile Legends players between the ages of 16-24. The team will practice in La Union, Philippines once he was able to get a home in the area. Though he would be paying for the food and Wi-Fi, there will be no salary for the players initially. Details about the team's name were not revealed.

Selling a Steam Account is in violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement

Account selling and boosting is a frowned upon activity in the Dota 2 community as it could lead to a poor experience for players who have legitimately earned their MMR and ranks. It is also in violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement which states,

"Your Account, including any information pertaining to it (e.g.: contact information, billing information, Account history and Subscriptions, etc.), is strictly personal. You may therefore not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, or otherwise transfer your Account, nor may you sell, charge others for the right to use, or transfer any Subscriptions other than if and as expressly permitted by this Agreement (including any Subscription Terms or Rules of Use) or as otherwise specifically permitted by Valve."

While it's unlikely that Valve will take any action against the seller directly, they could certainly ban or permanently lock the account itself, making it worthless for the buyer. Further, the Steam Subscriber Agreement states,

"Valve may terminate your Account or a particular Subscription for any conduct or activity that is illegal, constitutes a Cheat, or otherwise negatively affects the enjoyment of Steam by other Subscribers. You acknowledge that Valve is not required to provide you notice before terminating your Subscription(s) and/or Account."
