[Watch] Pimp Finds Quick One-Way Smoke Towards 'Mid' on Mirage
Now get that early frag as a defender.

Mirage is one of the oldest and most played CS:GO maps, but the community is creative enough to come up with new stuff all the time. They stay updated with the everchanging meta and keep implementing new things, which keep adding on to the nuances of the map even after all this while.
Former Counter-Strike player, Jacob "Pimp" Winneche, who currently works as an analyst and streams CS:GO, found this brilliant one-way smoke on Mirage for the defending side which he claims was also used by Emil "Magisk" Reif during the qualifiers of PGL Antwerp Major 2022.
The smoke can be deployed rather quickly and is not too difficult to lineup, which makes it potent to catch the opposition off-guard and help the player in 'Mid' secure an early frag for the side.
Quick one-way smoke towards 'Mid' on Mirage to catch the attacking side by surprise
Remember the good old days when Pimp used to teach so many players in the community how to use utility among other tips and tricks to help them improve as players. He used to fail most of the time during demonstration but those used to be great times.
Well, the Danish analyst through his stream sessions has once again found a way to start educating the playerbase as he recently shared a rather sneaky but effective one-way smoke that the CT-sided players on Mirage can add to their encylopedia of utility lineups.
The rather easy smoke lineup can be used by CT-sided players to get an early advantage towards 'Mid'. The jump throw has to be executed while running towards 'Nest' and by the time the player reaches the desired position the smoke will have already been deployed.
Pimp goes on to show how the cloud of smoke perfectly hides the CT-sided player present right outside 'Nest' from the view of the attacker. While the defender himself has sufficient vision to tap any attacker that tries to contest 'Mid'.
While this is not a smoke that can be used in every round, it is great when your team is in a tight spot or during a clutch round. Using it as a special 'ace up your sleeve' tactic is how this smoke can prove to be potent and even game changing if used perfectly.
