VINI Reportedly Set to Complete Brazilian 'Last Dance' With FalleN, Fer, Fnx
The Brazilian 'Last Dance' might be nearing its completion!
The hyped Brazilian 'last dance' might be close to completion with Vinicius "VINI" Figueiredo reportedly being considered as the fifth and final CS:GO player. This comes just two weeks after Marcelo "coldzera" David had denied his association with the upcoming Brazilian superteam, as he decided on moving and settling down in Portugal instead while continuing to compete in the European region.
VINI had earlier been linked with a move to Team Liquid also, but that report seems to have died down following a change in plan as the North American organization recently extended their contract with Keith "NAF" Markovic.
Now, it seems that conversation has started to take place between VINI and the SK Gaming trio of Fernando "fer" Alvarenga, Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, and Lincoln "fnx" Lau, to complete the 'last dance' project according to Draft5.
VINI could be the fifth CS:GO player to complete the Brazilian 'last dance'
In November, FURIA's CS:GO head coach - Nicholas "guerri" Nogueira, had come forward on behalf of the organization to reveal that VINI had been excluded from the team's plan for 2022.
At that point in time, VINI had said that he was "Obviously, saddended by the decision," while also talking about his future in CS:GO. Though he had not said anything for certain, VINI had pointed out that he was evaluating all the proposals.
Unfortunately, it seems that the reported talks with Liquid did not go far as the team suddenly decided to extend their contract with NAF until 2024. NAF is also the only confirmed player of Liquid's 2022 CS:GO lineup.
However, it seems that the 'last dance' project being led by FalleN has reportedly approached the player to join their ranks as the final player. Talks between the two parties seems to have already been initiated and mostly likely depends on a deal with FURIA.
Coldzera had already cleared his name from the project and is looking forward to continue competing in Europe. This means that if VINI was to join this Brazilian team, the lineup could be looking something like this,
Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo - IGL / AWP
Fernando "fer" Alvarenga - Lurker
Lincoln "fnx" Lau - Support
Ricardo "boltz" Prass - Entry Fragger
Vinicius "VINI" Figueiredo - Support
Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu - Coach
