Major winning MVP, s1mple, offers career advice to NAVI Junior breakout player and CS:GO prodigy m0NESY.
The 16-year-old has proven himself to be a future star player, consistently showing incredible performances at WePlay Academy League.
NAVI has reportedly started accepting offers for m0NESY from interested organizations.

This year has been outstanding for one of the best players to have ever touched the game, the NAVI superstar, Aleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev. The 24-year-old has been awarded six MVP (most valuable player) titles this year so far, while also winning his first Major title in Stockholm along with the coveted Intel Grand Slam Season 3.

But while the GOAT (greatest of all time) of Counter-Strike was creating history, another 16-year-old was busy honing his skills and working towards his future. The breakout player for NAVI Junior, Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov has garnered a lot of attention following his outstanding performances across the two seasons of the WePlay Academy League (WAL).

Even s1mple has noticed the academy player's progress and recently offered some career advice to m0NESY, to ensure that his potential does not go to waste and he gets the right opportunity to become even better.

NAVI superstar s1mple offers some career advice to breakout player m0NESY

The Russian prodigy m0NESY first made news when he got invited to FACEIT Pro League (FPL) at the age of 14, two years ago in 2019. By then he had already been signed by NAVI and was part of their academy roster, NAVI Junior.

Two years later he is one of the best upcoming prospects in CS:GO who has consistently proven himself to be a notch above the rest of the competition.

So when s1mple was asked about this young beast, his current situation, and what he needs to do in order to continue growing, the Major winning MVP had some serious suggestions to offer,

I’d recommend him (m0NESY) to ask for a one-year loan move because in the future he will definitely deserve to play for NAVI’s main team. You never know what will happen in the future. Maybe someone will retire or something like that. He needs to get some more experience against better teams.

S1mple added that if it was him in m0NESY's place, he would have definitely gone somewhere for a year to gain experience and see how he fares. As for his English, s1mple said that it was okay but not that good.

His English is okay, it’s not that good. He needs to practice it with people, and talk to them about something other than CS:GO.

Giving some more encouragement to the youngster, s1mple added that NAVI would not stand in m0NESY's way if he went to them with his request of joining another team to continue his development as the organization is always ready to help its players.

There is no evidence that suggests otherwise, but maybe m0NESY did pay attention to what s1mple had to say and requested this from the Ukrainian organization. This is because NAVI has reportedly started taking offers for him from interested teams.
