NAVI winning the PGL Major Stockholm 2021 sparked multiple discussions about whether the Ukrainian esports organization had done enough to truly establish their era or not. Along with this, the community also started comparing them to Astralis along with the other previous CS:GO Major winners.

Here is how a few players like Nikola "NiKo" Kovač, Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev, and Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, rate all the previous Major winning teams excluding NAVI. They also provide their reasoning behind some of their ratings. Ahead are the complete tier lists shared by the players during an interview with BLAST Premier.

A total of 12 CS:GO Major winners were taken into consideration and accordingly given a rating by the star players. Two of these teams faced each other in the grand finals of the recently concluded Stockholm Major 2021. The twelve Major winning teams along with their roster at that point in time are as follows,

All the three players, NiKo, s1mple, FalleN unanimously awarded the Astralis - 2018 roster with the highest tier distinction. This might have been the easiest decision to make probably because they were the first-ever CS:GO team to achieve a three-peat, winning the StarLadder Berlin Major 2019, IEM Katowice Major 2019, and FACEIT Major: London 2018.

Here is the complete tier list of all the three players. While s1mple and NiKo chose to distribute the Major winning teams across all the tiers from top to bottom, FalleN has respectfully stacked them all in the top four tiers itself, leaving the bottom three tiers completely empty.

This is certainly a topic of great debate and every single user will have their own versions of their tier list based on personal opinions, preferences and biases. This is what these three players feel, so if you had to chose from between these three tier lists which would you go for?
