Team Spirit had done extremely well by reaching the semifinals of the recently concluded PGL Antwerp Major 2022. In his situation regarding Team Spirit, he had informed the organization that it was not possible for him to relocate to Serbia in June, but they wanted him to move quickly and that is why he decided to leave the team.
"I did not have time and I would not have felt comfortable if I left right now, Russia, my home, a lot of other stuff that I hadn't touched in the last three months. That is why I left," said degster.
Moving on to the topic of his future in CS:GO, degster said that this was an opportunity for him to show that he could play in an English speaking team as well.
