Astralis has undergone a roster shuffle for a couple of tournaments as Xyp9x replaces gla1ve on the active lineup.
Speaking about the shuffle, Bubzkji revealed that Magisk would be calling the shots for the side within the server.
He also revealed why he feels more comfortable playing when Xyp9x is in the mix when compared to gla1ve.

The Danish esports organization Astralis has gone through a roster shuffle for a couple of tournaments, as Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander steps away from his responsibilities in anticipation of the birth of his first child. The 26-year-old Andreas "Xyp9x" Højsleth has replaced him on the active lineup for the interim period.

Talking about this change and a few other things in an interview with HLTV, Lucas "Bubzkji" Andersen clarified that it would be Emil "Magisk" Reif calling the shots for the side. Additionally there would be some role changes for everyone and Bubzkji also commented, "I think it is going to help me perform better".

With Magisk leading the squad for both BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2021 and IEM Fall 2021: Europe, a few other roles were also shuffled between the Astralis players. Bubzkji was pleased about this as his role often clashes with that of gla1ve's, so in his absence, he will be able to play the role he feels most comfortable in.

With Xyp9x coming back into the roster, Bubzkji says that he gets more space to work around with, and that it has been going great during the practice so far.

I and gla1ve like a lot of the same roles. Now that he is out for this tournament I'll fill in his spots and play what I normally did back in the days. I think it is going to free up a little bit more space for me.

Having said that, Bubzkji indicated he does not want to be a one-trick pony. So with gla1ve in the roster he gets challenged to play different spots and something outside of his comfort zone. He likes this challenge and wants to develop his skills further.

Bubzkji wants to learn harder roles and wants to be that piece of the puzzle that can fit anywhere within the team.

Speaking a bit more about Xyp9x he points out that he is a very easy guy who can play almost every spot. As for if he will be sticking around for the PGL Major Stockholm 2021 which has now been confirmed, Bubzkji did not have a definite answer and mostly pointed towards gla1ve's availability.

Astralis has won their opening match of BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2021 against EG, and went up against VItality last night. But unfortunately, Astralis faltered in the final match of the group stages, failing to beat Vitality and hence did not qualify for the BLAST Premier Fall Finals. So far Bubzkji has been performing quite well, it will be amazing to see how he continues going ahead.
