The week-long tournament will take place from 22nd to 28th January on LAN at the BLAST Studio located in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is split into two parts, starting with Group Stage and concluding with Play-In Stage.

Group Stage
The 16 teams will be divided into four groups of four teams each.
All groups will follow a double-elimination format where each match will be a best-of-three series.
The winner of each group will advance to the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024.
The runners-up of each group will advance to the next stage.
Play-In Stage
The four qualifying teams will compete in a single-elimination bracket where every match will be a best-of-three series.
The winners will directly advance to the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024.
All remaining teams will move ahead to the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024.
