Top Five Plays From Middle East Playoffs Stage

5. Quick Reflexes

NASR Esports were comfortably leading against Corrupted on Train with a ‘11-0’ scoreline but that was no reason for them to go easy on their inexperienced challengers. On the 12th round, Arbnor “Dementor” Pacolli did not miss a beat even after being caught by surprise while planting the C4, as he swung his rifle around and took the kill to clutch the 1v1.

4. 1v3 - Clutch

Once again a player from NASR is under the spotlight as he clutched a 1v3 against Corrupted on their second map Nuke. All alone Bebu “bibu” Aadil took a difficult triple kill on ‘A-Site’, the best thing about it is that he made it look so damn easy. He timed his assault really well and creeped around the site slowly to claim the kills one-by-one.

3. Clutching a clutch

The most exciting match of the Middle East tournament was the faceoff between BlindTappers and NASR Esports. This do-or-die hold by fANDER near ‘A-Short’ to take the final map of the series Dust 2 into overtime had all those watching the match live, screaming. He held the line for his side with a nerve wrecking triple kill to stop NASR’s advance and give his team another chance to fight them in overtime.

2. The knife through the smoke

Claiming the first map against NASR, Sangal were feeling frisky in the opening round of Dust 2 especially the 21-year-old Omer “imoRR” Karatas. He went ham against NASR hitting them hard with 3 pistol kills and 1 knife kill, when he blindly charge through a smoke swinging wild before finding an unsuspecting opponent stuck in a corner.

1. The spray king

The experienced Engin “ngiN“ Kor held the line for his side Sangal Esport a bit too well against Lets Go on the second map Nuke. Armed with a rifle ngiN had a golden spray moment when the whole Lets Go lineup ran into his spray, gifting him with a quadkill before he quickly shifted to his pistol and claimed the last kill as well to complete a flawless ace.

These were some of the best plays from ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND CS:GO Festival 2020: Middle East, which was also the last regional tournament and marked the end of the annual tournament series who crowned five regional champions this time instead of one.
