PUBG Mobile India Welcome Gift Apparently Leaked By Data Miners
- Data miners have apparently leaked assets from the beta version of PUBG Mobile which includes a Welcome Gift crate.
- The crate allegedly contains an India-themed outfit leading to the speculation that this will be added to PUBG Mobile India upon its release.
- The Anarkali set was first featured in the Sankranti Kites Festival and later in the Incredible India event this year.
While the PUBG Mobile India release date hasn’t been announced and fans wait patiently, data miners have apparently discovered and leaked assets from the PUBG Mobile beta version. Leaks suggest that there might be a welcome gift crate, that will be offered to players and likely include the Anarkali set, a clearly India-themed outfit.
A Welcome Gift For PUBG Mobile India Or Just A Test?
The PUBG Mobile India welcome gift crate allegedly includes:
- Anarkali Headgear
- Anarkali Set
- Classic Crate Coupon
The Anarkali outfit in the welcome gift crate was introduced in the Sankranti Kites Festival during January 2020. This was first uncovered in a video released by VIP Gaming YT
It was also part of the Incredible India event held by PUBG Mobile between 10th and 24th August this year. This suggests that the developers are testing out different costumes before they release PUBG Mobile India. However, GEM Esports, one of the portals which first discovered this video has included a note saying ‘it could just be a temporary test, changes or different outfits can be still seen during the actual release of PUBG Mobile India’.

Premium Crates Feature Christmas Themed Outfits In PUBG Mobile Beta
Along with the alleged PUBG Mobile welcome gift assets leak, there also seem to be some Christmas-themed outfits and items available in Supply Crates. These include costumes like the Robo Santa Set, Winter Queen UAZ and backpack.
The famous PUBG pan has also gotten a new look with the Magic Stocking version and the grenade now looks like a festive pinecone.
