Garena Free Fire offers players a variety of game modes to play like Classic, Clash Squad, Kill Secured and Ranked. The Classic mode is the standard battle royale mode while Clash Squad is a round-based multiplayer that divides 8 players into two sides called Warbringers and Howlers. Players can play a combination of these modes on Bermuda, Kalahari and Purgatory maps. We take a closer look at CS or Clash Squad in Free Fire.

Clash Squad (CS) Mode in Free Fire

While the CS mode in Free Fire isn’t as popular as the Classic, it has a dedicated fanbase and its own ranked system. Players have to be level 12 and above to participate in the Clash Squad Ranked mode which pits players against each other on either Bermuda or Kalahari. CS or Clash Squad is a multiplayer mode that pits 8 players against each other as Warbringers and Howlers. The game mode counts a best of 7 rounds with the first team to win 4 rounds getting the Booyah. Players can buy weapons and armour in the buy phase before the round starts. Players can play CS or Clash Squad by selecting it in the game mode selection option.
