Along with TSM Entity, Fnatic and SouL, Orange Rock esports are one of the more well known Indian PUBG MOBILE teams today. With incredibly talented players like IGL Mavi, Daljitsk, GiLL and now Sc0utOP playing for the organization, Orange Rock has solidified their place as a giant in the Indian PUBG MOBILE scene.
Who are Orange Rock esports?
Orange Rock esports was created in August 2019 and since then it has grown at a steady pace. A number of iconic players have represented the organisation in the past, including Vampire and Carry who went on to play for GodLike. Orange Rock esports has seen several roster changes over the years. In November 2019, the team added Anto and Daljitsk while Carry and ex1stence departed. The team also signed Sniper/Assaulter GiLL in June 2020. Just next month, Sc0utOP joined on loan from Fnatic. Sc0utOP is considered one of the strongest players in the world, making Orange Rock’s roster quite stacked.

Orange Rock esports were the champions of PMCO 2019 Fall Split: South Asia Group Stage, PMPL Spring Split 2020: South Asia League and came in 4th place in the Finals. This helped them qualify for the ongoing PMWL 2020 Season Zero, playing in the East division. They were also winners of other minor tournaments like the VLT MAJOR INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT 2020 and NIMO TV Battleground Season 1.
In June 2020, Orange Rock esports expanded into content creation by signing caster Ocean Sharma and player Tanisha, who had previously played with SuperGirls, the only female roster to play at PMCO India. YouTubers Clash Universe and Case Too also joined the organisation and are now creating content under the banner of Orange Rock.
Orange Rock’s Performance in PMWL 2020
Day 1 of Opening Weekend saw Orange Rock get a Chicken Dinner in Match 4. They ended the day in 2nd place on the leaderboard with an overall score of 64 points. Orange Rock maintained their 2nd place spot into Day 1 of League, beating out Bigetron for the top spot at the end of Day 2.
Orange Rock esports' performance throughout PMWL 2020 East has been consistent. The team kept their 2nd place lead throughout the Opening Weekend and ended up in 1st place at the end of Week 1. Orange Rock esports went head to head against feared teams like Bigetron and came out on top. Orange Rock's decision to pick up Sc0utOP for PMWL East has paid off. His performance throughout the PMWL has picked up steam since the Opening Weekend. With a strong showing from him, Orange Rock was able to maintain their position on the leaderboard. Sc0utOP was in the top kill leaders for the Opening Weekend with 14 kills. He was also the top kill leader on Day 1 of League Play with 12 kills. As Super Weekend approaches Orange Rock will look to maintain their consistent performance and perhaps help India dominate at the world stage.
