Wild Rift Patch 2.3b: Full Notes and Updates

The content of League of Legends: Wild Rift Patch 2.3b has been revealed by Riot Games. The patch update includes the highly anticipated crossover event Sentinels of Light, featuring two new champions, Senna and Lucian. This upcoming event will deliver a plethora of new collectibles, including emotes, icon borders, and baubles, as well as a champion selection chest that will allow players to unlock one of the two new champions for free. The Wild Rift Patch 2.3b update also brings a few balance changes to champions for both regular game mode and the ARAM mode. Here is a comprehensive list of what is included in Wild Rift Patch 2.3b.

Wild Rift Patch 2.3b: New Content

Sentinels of Light Event

This crossover event will kick off on July 9, 2021, at 8:01 AM GMT +8. More details will be revealed at a later date.

New Champions

Lucian

Lucian is a marksman hero with impressive mobility and firepower. He can mark enemies and gain and gain bonus movement speed, making him even more mobile and hard to chase down.

Senna

Senna is a marksman hero with support capabilities. She can heal and shield allies while her passive allows her to scale really hard in the late game.

New Accessories

You can earn or purchase these accessories from the shop or through the upcoming event.

Draven

The devs think Draven is underperforming since the last patch updates. They are giving him a slight boost.

2nd Skill: Blood Rush

• Movement Speed: 40/45/50/55% → 50/55/60/65%

3rd Skill: Stand Aside

• Cooldown: 18/16/14/12s → 15/14/13/12s

Fizz

A slight nerf to Fizz’s damage against monsters.

Passive: Seastone Trident

• Bonus damage to monsters: 200% → 150%

Garen

A slight adjustment to Garen to make him viable as an AD Fighter.

3rd Skill: Judgment

• Base damage: 15/20/25/30 → 11/14/17/20

• AD ratio: 0.25/0.3/0.35/0.4 → 0.3/0.35/0.4/0.45

Ultimate: Demacian Justice

• Base damage: 150/300/450 → 150/275/400

• Missing health percentage damage: 20/25/30% → 15/20/25% +8% per 100 bonus AD

• Max damage towards epic monsters: 600/600/600

Irelia

Irelia is struggling to find her spot in the meta. The devs are buffing her a bit to help her duel in the baron lane.

1st Skill: Bladesurge

• Base damage: 10/40/70/100 → 15/45/75/105

• Healing Attack Damage ratio: 0.14/0.16/0.18/0.2 → 0.19/0.21/0.23/0.25

3rd Skill: Flawless Duet

• Base damage: 70/120/170/220 → 100/150/200/250

Ultimate: Vanguard’s Edge

• Barrage base damage: 125/225/325 → 125/250/375

• Bladewall damage: 75/125/175 → 100/150/200

Jinx

Her ultimate skill gets a slight nerf against monsters to reduce her frequency of dragon and Baron steals.

Ultimate: Super Mega Death Rocket!

• Maximum damage on epic monsters: 500/650/800

Kha’Zix

A slight nerf to Kha’Zix first skill.

1st Skill: Taste Their Fear

Base damage: 65/100/135/170 → 60/95/130/165

Rammus

A massive nerf for the attack speed buff Rammus receives on his 3rd skill.

3rd Skill: Frenzying Taunt

• Attack Speed: 50/60/70/80 → 35/45/55/65%

Riven

The devs think that Riven is underperforming in the meta. She receives a slight buff on his shield to keep him from dying too early.

3rd Skill: Valor

• Shield Strength: 95/135/175/215 → 105/145/185/225

Vayne

A slight boost to help her keep up with other marksman champions in the game.

2nd Skill: Silver Bolts

• Base damage: 30/50/70/90 → 50/65/80/95

Ultimate: Final Hour

• Cooldown: 80/70/60s → 75/65/55s

Resolve Rune: Second Wind

• Passive flat health regen: 6 HP every 5 seconds → 5 HP every 5 seconds

• Regeneration after taking damage from a champion: tooltip fixed to match actual functionality

• After taking damage from a champion, regenerate 3 + 1.5% missing health over 10 seconds (doubled for melee champions).

• Previously read 6 + 3%

• Actual healing values from this effect are unchanged

Extra Bits

• Smite’s tooltip now correctly reflects its mana regen property

• Evelynn’s Ult tooltip should now reflect that it only deals bonus damage to champions
