The Apex Legends Mobile Thug Invitational has concluded after three days of intense action. This was one of the first legitimate competitive tournaments for Apex Legends Mobile in India featuring a sizable prize pool of INR 2,50,000 with 16 of the best streamers from across the country.

After 15 action packed matches, it was Team Viper that came out on top as the eventual champions with 155 points to its name, 62 placement points and 93 kill points, along with two victories.

Yash "Viper" Soni along with his teammates dominated the points table across all three days of the tournament, taking the top spot by winning the last match on the first day and clinging on to it till the very end.

This was the first time that the Thug Invitational was hosting an Apex Legends Mobile tournament, but the experience was amazing with some of the top creators from across the country fighting hard for a piece of the 2.5 lakh total prize pool.

Five matches were played on each day of the tournament, the action on Kings Canyon attracting the Indian audience as this new mobile battle royale title was enjoyed by everyone.

Team Viper started slow but in the very last match of the first day, they were able to claim a huge victory that fetched them 31 points, and as a result they raced up to the top of the points table.

From here on it was a battle of attrition, Team Viper playing aggressive and concentrating more on taking kills which turned out to be very effective as they dominated the points table and eventually ended up winning the tournament.

Team Viper claimed the most number of kills in the tournament, 93 frags, which makes up for exactly 60% of all the points that they scored. The second highest kills were taken by Team Krutika, 58 frags, a difference of 35 kills separating them.

Hopefully, more tournament organizers feature Apex Legends Mobile in upcoming events and we see professional teams playing in those competitions to observe gameplay with proper tactics and even more skill.
