Team Flash Returns to Mobile Legends Esports for MPL SG Season 2 After Three-Year Hiatus
Singaporean esports organization, Team Flash, returns for the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Singapore (SG) Season 2 after a three-year break from the esports scene. The organization announced on 24th Aug 2021 that they will are back and will be competing in the upcoming MPL Season. Team Flash crawled their way from the open qualifiers alongside Impunity Esports SG, securing a spot for the regular season which will kick off on 11th Sept 2021. The team roster is composed of well-known Singaporean Mobile Legends esports pro players alongside an experienced coach. Team Flash is back in the Mobile Legends esports scene
A big announcement broke on 24th Aug 2021, when Singaporean organization, Team Flash, announced that they will be competing in the upcoming MPL SG Season 2 after a long hiatus. The organization will have a new team roster containing some of the well-known pro players in the Mobile Legends esports scene in Singapore.
The full roster of Team Flash is composed of the following members;
William “a1a2” Heese (Support, Mage)
Wendall Sean “DarA” Tan (Offlaner, EXP)
Nashrudin “Fenrirrr” Bin Kamsani (Team captain, Tank)
Ng Jun “Pokemon” Hong (Offlaner, Gold)
Goh Hao “Tsuna” Ming (Jungler)
Ong Wei “Aeon” Sheng (Coach)
“We are honored and excited to be given the opportunity to represent Team Flash in the upcoming MPL. We will be facing stiff competition and as a new team, we will need to devote extra time and effort to improve our teamwork and strategy, however, we are determined to try our best and do both Team Flash and our fans proud,” stated Fenrirrr, as quoted by Yahoo! news.
The team participated in the Open Championship Qualifier of the MPL SG Season 2 where they dominated alongside Impunity Esports SG, securing a slot in the upcoming regular season.
Team Flash and Impunity Esports SG will be joining the six invited teams; EVOS SG, RSG SG, Kingsmen, Notorious Villains, ALMIGHTY, and EXPLORER, in the upcoming regular season for a chance to claim the championship title and the lion’s share of the $100,000 USD prize pool.
It will be interesting to see if Team Flash will be able to perform in the upcoming MPL SG Season 2 despite its three-year-long hiatus in the Mobile Legends esports scene.
