Skylightz Gaming Part Ways With Its New State Mobile Roster

Skylightz Gaming announced on its social media handles that it had parted ways with its New State Mobile roster. The news comes after the conclusion of the Snapdragon Pro Series New State Mobile Open in India, where the team secured 6th place. Skylightz Gaming expressed its gratitude for the team’s hard work and dedication in the post announcing the departure of the players.

Skylightz Gaming might sign a new roster for New State Mobile

On the 18th of November 2022, Skylightz Gaming announced its New State Mobile roster ahead of The Esports Club New State Open, where the team secured a 9th position finish. Skylightz Gaming also played in the Snapdragon Conquest New State Mobile Invitational in December 2022, where it finished in the 13th position. 

Earlier this year, Skylightz Gaming made a change to its New State Mobile roster by adding TeamXSparks former player Anubhav “Esca” Dobhal. Following this, the team put forth an incredible performance in the Nostra Gaming Week New State Mobile and emerged as the champions of the event. The team also performed well in the recently concluded Snapdragon Pro Series New State Mobile Open India and secured a 6th place finish with 70 points and 1 Winner Winner Chicken Dinner (WWCD).

Skylightz Gaming’s latest New State Mobile roster included the following players:

• Shahrukh “CobraOG” Bavani

• Aman “CriminaL” Gupta

• Shaik “Punisher” Maheboob

• Abubakar “Dagger” Jilani

• Anubhav “Esca” Dobhal

Interestingly enough, the farewell post image only mentioned three players - Dagger, Cobra, and CriminaL of the team. However, the caption of the post reads “New State Mobile roster,” leading to confusion about the exact status of the remaining two players of the team - Esca and Punisher.

Skylightz Gaming also mentioned in the caption that its journey in the New State Mobile esports scene had not ended. The organization expressed excitement for what is to come and has asked its fans to stay tuned for updates on its new plans. As a result, fans are speculating that Skylightz Gaming might soon build or sign a new roster.
