The Skyesports Championship 5.0 BGMI Grand Finals has concluded. The three day event was delayed due to technical difficulties and only Days 2 and 3 were able to take place. The number of matches were also reduced from 18 to 14 with seven matches taking place on Days 2 and 3.
Blind Esports dominated the Grand Finals and was crowned the champion. It was placed at the top of the table with 170 points. Revenant Esports placed second with 160 points, OR Esports placed third with 150 points and Team Soul placed fourth with 137 points.
Ritesh “Fierce” Nawandar from Revenant Esports was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Grand Finals with 33 finishes to his name.

Blind Esports dominated both days of the event to be crowned the champion. It was able to grab a hat-trick of chicken dinners on Day 1 which helped to gain a significant lead. It was placed at the top of the table with 170 points including 67 finish points. Revenant Esports placed second with 160 points. OR Esports was placed 13th after the conclusion of Day 1 but made an incredible comeback on Day 2 to secure the third spot with 150 points. Team Soul placed fourth with 137 points including 56 finish points. Gods Reign placed fifth with 133 points.
Godlike Esports and Gladiator Esports placed sixth and seventh with 129 and 122 points respectively. Entity Gaming placed eighth with 110 points. Orangutan, who was a contender on Day 1, was unable to continue its momentum on Day 2 and was placed ninth with 99 points. Marcos Gaming placed tenth with 86 points.

Although Blind Esports dominated the Grand Finals, OR Esports was able to make an incredible comeback on Day 2 and secure the third spot in the overall standings. On the other hand Gladiator Esports, one of the most consistent teams in recent times, had an average performance.
