During a recent livestream, SENSEI revealed that he had received multiple coaching offers, including one from Germany, before joining Revenant Esports .
He was considering accepting this offer to try his hand at coaching but due to certain concerns from his parents did not go forward with it..
Personally, he was ready to leave India and shift to Germany for this coaching role.

Indian esports organization, Revenant Esports signed two popular Indian mobile gaming athletes, Deepak "SENSEI" Negi and Harshit "MJ" Mahajan, in April last month. The players were secured about a month before Krafton officially announced Battlegrounds Mobile India's (BGMI) return, following a ten-month ban period.

During a recent livestream, SENSEI revealed that before he accepted the offer given to him by Revenant Esports there were a few other opportunities that came his way. This included an international offer from Germany that requested him to coach their PUBG Mobile team.

SENSEI talks about receiving an international offer from Germany before joining Revenant Esports

One of the top mobile esports athletes from India, SENSEI, is a proven mobile battle royale player who has competed professionally across both PUBG Mobile and BGMI in the past. After the game's ban, he stopped competing and left Team XO to join Revenant Esports alongside MJ, another proven mobile esports athlete.

SENSEI recently revealed that during the game's ban period, he had received multiple offers, "I had spoken in one or two places related to the role of coaching. Before joining RNT (Revenant Esports) my mind was blank. I had received a coaching offer from a German team, we had spoken and even they had agreed, I had to leave India and go to Germany."

However, he did not accept the job role because his parents thought that it was too far a place for him to go and shared other concerns like how would he manage to stay all alone in a foreign place, even his teammates did not speak Hindi as they were all Germans.

The player further shared that he would have managed but till then he got an offer from Revenant Esports and ended up joining this organization, as it opened another source of revenue for him. In case this would not have happened, he was ready to go till Germany and try out his hand at coaching.

In his career, SENSEI has most notably played under the banner of Team XO from August 2021 to April 2023, during which he won multiple BGMI tournaments like TEC BGMI Invitational Season 2, LOCO Diwali Battle: Grand Finals, WD Black Cup: Season 2, Skyesports Grand Slam 2022, and Upthrust Esports India Rising 2022.
