Week 2 of RA Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Rising Star Showdown Season 3 has concluded. Seasoned teams like Reckoning Esports, Gods Reign and IQOO Soul dominated the event. The upcoming squad of Genesis Esports also put forth good fights and was crowned champion of Week 2.
Genesis Esports placed at the top of the table and took home a sum of INR 1 Lakh, Chemin Esports placed second to get INR 50,000, and Gods Reign placed third to take home a sum of INR 25,000.
The event also had awards for individual performances. Fury from Chemin Esports was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Week 2 Semi Finals with 27 finishes and took home a sum of INR 25,000.
The RA Esports BGMI Rising Star Showdown Season 3 had 24 teams competing across 8 days in the Semi Finals and the top 16 have proceeded to play the Grand Finals for a prize pool of INR 6 Lakhs.
RA Esports BGMI Rising Star Showdown Season 3 Semi Finals Overall Summary
The upcoming squad of Genesis Esports was the most consistent squad in the Semi Finals. It was placed at the top spot with 252 points and six chicken dinners. Reckoning Esports placed second with 237 points and four chicken dinners. Gods Reign placed third with 231 points and three chicken dinners. IQOO Soul showed aggressive gameplay and placed fourth with 211 points and four chicken dinners.
Carnival Gaming placed fifth by continuing its momentum from Week 1 and put forth consistent performances to secure 201 points with three chicken dinners. Chemin Esports was unable to grab a chicken dinner but secured 190 points, 131 of which came via finishes. Hyderabad Hydras placed at the seventh spot with 184 points and two chicken dinners. FS Esports placed eighth and was able to grab 183 points and two chicken dinners.

The Semi Finals of the event saw some intense competition between seasoned squads like Reckoning Esports, IQOO Soul, Gods Reign and upcoming squads like Genesis Esports and Chemin Esports. Few experienced teams like Blind Esports, Team XSpark, Medal Esports and Global Esports were unable to put forth consistent performances and have been eliminated from the event.
