Day 1 of the RA Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Champions Gala Semi Finals has concluded with seasoned teams like Orangutan and iQOO Soul dominating the event. Upcoming teams like WSB Gaming and Frequency Esports also showed consistent performances.

The RA Esports BGMI Champions Gala Semi Finals will see 24 teams competing for a spot in the Grand Finals.

Match 1 Erangel: Orangutan secured a 23 point chicken dinner. Ankit “Akop” Shukla from Orangutan was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match with 6 finishes. Team Zero placed second and got 19 points, 14 of which came via finishes. Carnival Gaming placed third and got 8 points. Team Tamilas and Alibaba Raiders placed fourth and fifth and got 7 points each. Entity Gaming was eliminated early with 1 point.

Match 2 Miramar: WSB Gaming secured a 17 point chicken dinner. Team XSpark grabbed the most points from the match, 18, of which 13 points came via finishes. Sarangajyoti “Sarang” Deka from Team XSpark was the MVP of the match with 9 solo finishes. Team Aaru placed third, it showed aggressive gameplay and got 15 points, 11 of which came via finishes. Medal Esports placed fourth and got 11 points. FS Esports placed fifth and scored 7 points, all coming via finishes.

Match 3 Erangel: Frequency Esports secured a 19 point chicken dinner. Suraj from Frequency Esports was the MVP of the match with 4 finishes. Global Esports, Medal Esports and Hyderabad Hydras placed second, third and fourth and scored 12 points each. Reckoning Esports placed fifth and got 8 points. Entity Gaming and Team Aaru were eliminated early with 1 point each.

Match 4 Miramar: Orangutan secured a chicken dinner with 22 points. Faraz “WizzGod” Khan from Orangutan was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. Revenant Esports placed second and got 12 points. Frequency Esports continued its good run and got 10 points. Reckoning Esports and Team Zero placed fourth and fifth and scored 8 points each. Hydra Esports and U4G Esports were eliminated without any points.

Match 5 Erangel: Team Forever secured a 23 point chicken dinner. Omega from Team Forever was the MVP of the match with 6 finishes. iQOO Soul, Godlike Esports and Team Tamilas placed second, third and fourth with 10 points each. WindGod Esports placed fifth and got 7 points. Team XSpark and WSB Gaming were eliminated in the initial stages without any points.

Match 6 Miramar: Orangutan secured its third chicken dinner of the day with 19 points. iQOO Soul placed second, it showed aggressive gameplay and got 14 points, 11 of which came via finishes. WSB Gaming placed third and scored 11 points. Hyderabad Hydras placed fourth and got 8 points. Team Forever placed fifth and got 7 points, all coming via finishes. Omega from Team Forever was the MVP of the match with 6 finishes.
