Day 1 of the OnePlus Dominate Arena 2024 Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) February Edition has concluded with upcoming teams dominating the event. Upcoming teams like Uprising Rivals, WSB Gaming, Do or Die Esports and Mystic Esports showed consistent performances and dominated Day 1 of the event.
Uprising Rivals placed at the top of the table with 49 points and one chicken dinner. Revenant Esports placed second with 45 points, 31 of which came via finishes. WSB Gaming placed third and got 43 points. Orangutan placed fourth and got 37 points and one chicken dinner. Do or Die Esports placed fifth and secured 32 points and one chicken dinner.
The OnePlus Dominate Arena 2024 February Edition will see 16 teams competing across four days from 26th February to 29th February. The event invited over 12 teams and 4 other teams qualified from previous events.
OnePlus Dominate Arena 2024 BGMI February Edition Day 1 Match Summary
Match 1 Erangel: Orangutan secured a massive 22 point chicken dinner. Godlike Esports placed second, showed good rotations and got 15 points. WSB Gaming and Galaxy Esports placed third and fourth receiving 11 points each. Team Forever placed fifth and got 7 points. Mafia from Team Forever was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match with 6 finishes. Aslaa Esports and Revenant Esports were eliminated early with 2 points each.
Match 2 Miramar: Do or Die Esports secured a 14 point chicken dinner on the map of Miramar. Revenant Esports secured the most points from the match, 15, of which 9 points came via finishes. Ritesh “Fierce” Nawandar from Revenant Esports was the MVP of the match with 3 finishes. Lucknow Giants placed third, had a good mix of finish and placement points and got 10 points. WSB Gaming and Aslaa Esports placed fourth and fifth to get 8 points each. Reckoning Esports and Galaxy Esports were eliminated in the initial stages with 2 points each.
Match 3 Erangel: TWM Gaming made a comeback and secured a 20 point chicken dinner. PAYIO from TWM Gaming was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. Revenant Esports continued its good run and got 13 points. Orangutan placed third and scored 10 points. Lucknow Giants and WSB Gaming placed fourth and fifth to get 9 points each. Team Forever and Alibaba Raiders suffered early eliminations with a single point each.
Match 4 Sanhok: Team Forever secured a massive 23 point chicken dinner. Owais from Team Forever was the MVP of the match with 7 solo finishes. Alibaba Raiders made a comeback and scored 14 points. TWM Gaming placed second and continued its momentum to get 12 points. Galaxy Esports placed third and secured 8 points. WSB Gaming placed fifth and was able to grab 5 points.
Match 5 Erangel: Mystic Esports secured a 25 point chicken dinner in the last match of the day. DhruvOG from Mystic Esports was the MVP of the match with 6 solo finishes. Reckoning Esports placed second, made a comeback and got 11 points. TWM Gaming, WSB Gaming and Revenant Esports placed third, fourth and fifth scoring 10 points each. Orangutan and Team Forever were eliminated in the early stages with 1 point each.

Overall Day 1 of the event was dominated by upcoming teams like Uprising Rivals, WSB Gaming, Do or Die Esports and Mystic Esports. Some of the seasoned teams like Revenant Esports, Orangutan and Team Forever also put forth consistent performances. A few experienced squads like Gujarat Tigers and Team 8Bit were unable to show consistent performances and placed in the second half of the points table.
